CD Reviews

Nothing but RedClouds do I see!

"Let me just say, WOW! I've gotta admit, this album practically has everything you could want in a rap album. Beats, rhymes, awesome guest appearances, and even some of the funniest puns I've heard since Composition No. 1 :)From the intro to the outro, you'll be into this album for every precious millisecond encased in the recording. Appearances by Playdough, Pigeon John, Christafari, etc. only make the diversity of the album better, and Telephone Company, PJ Song, and Is This Thing On have got to be the funniest songs I've heard in a looooooooooooooong time. Not gonna give anything away here, so u're just going to have to listen for yourself :)Overall, I think RedCloud can add 1 more fan to his database of followers once this review gets posted :) Get this thing as fast as you can. U won't be disappointed."
Incredibly awesome and unique...

"Let me start off by saying this, I am not a big hip hop fan at all. I listen to a little bit, but not much...my main musical diet consists of metal, rock, reggae, and everything in between. When I was first introduced to this guy's music, i was blindsided...an emcee that i actually liked! It goes without saying, that i automatically went out and picked up "Is This Thing On?" and loved it. For the most part, this is a solid CD, but you must realize a couple things, RedCloud has a very unique style so don't expect to hear an Eminem or 50 Cent rip off. This guy is for real, and is finding his own place in hip hop rather than copy catting others. He's also got a great sense of humor, so that's a big bonus. Since buying this album, I have gone to see him twice, and he is simply phenomenal in person. Very fun and energetic live show...not to mention he could kill any other MC in a battle. RedCloud is the best freestylist. Ever. If this guy can turn me, a rocker, into a fan, i'm sure he can do just the same for you. His website is www.redcloudhiphop.com , and he has since released a new album entitled "Traveling Circus"...check it out!"
