Burton | Coxsackie, NY United States | 07/14/2003 (5 out of 5 stars) "This music, and the performers are excellent beyond any comment, given the right circumstances, just might be among the best music I have ever heard for its compliment of instruments; violin and piano. It's sort of English (yes, if you know Elgar, this is like it) late romanticism / impressionism. If you have been looking for something to put on to fit the mood of a quiet morning at home under an overcast sky with an temperate "English" temperature, this could be it. It provoked deep reflections and a strong enthralled tranquility. This Bax certainly was a talented fellow, I'll certainly want to sample more of him anon."
