"The guys of 45 Dip never cease to amaze me...I had to own this CD after buying "Welcome to the Acid Lounge" and "Acid Lounge in Space"--both must-haves if you're into the acid lounge genre! 45 Dip's music is colorful, humorous, fun, innovative and funky. Believe you me, you will love every track on this CD, from the Bohemian soulful "Lizzie's Balloon" to the P-Funk inspired "Beer Star" to the airy and hypnotic "Searching for Marden Hill." 45 Dip has become one of my favorite groups because of their originality and the devotion they put into their music. You can tell they are true producers and musicians from the arrangements of each song on "Acid Lounge." On the aforementioned CDs, 45 Dip has all original songs that aren't on this CD...that's a very good thing...I take that back--"Green Tomatoes" is on "Welcome to the Acid Lounge" but at least they remixed it; something I've always stressed with the overuse of certain songs on comp CDs...If song A is going to be released on every Chillout CD there is, then at least remix it for crying out loud--but, as usual, I digress! Good Job on this one, guys...Sorry I'm 3 years late reviewing it!!"

"After hearing "Geisha Vampire" on the local college radio station, I knew I had to track this ablum down, and was not disappointed. This is funky, loungy type music that's great for dancing, and it makes an excellent backdrop for a party or a study session. Some tracks are more techno-oriented, while others have a jazzy vibe to them. Highlights include "Lizzie's Balloon", "Geisha Vampire", "Underwater", and "A Man & A Woman".
Definitely worth checking out."

"Ahhh, what can I say about this truly entertaining CD. Acid Jazz at its very best, good grooves and well thought out instrumental work by 45 Dip. It even comes with a PC comic on the CD (buy and you'll see). I guess "Geisha Vampire" is my favorite track, it really caught my attention when I heard it for the first time. The other track, "Beer Star" had me laughing. I've never heard of this group until now, I'm glad that I did."

"The cd starts off with a nice and smooth tune but dont be fooled by it. This is not your typical chillout CD. The music is plenty cool but thei is the kind of jazz you would want to drink and go wild with or do some other not so legal things. Moving on...Geisha Vampire is an excillent track whir is totally dark yet very poppish. This track is definately my favourit on this cd. The rest of the tracks on this cd just flow liek there were ment to be there and nowhere else. This Cd is just a great blend of electronic and organic sounds and some wicked betas. I highly hioghly recomend the Cd to anybody."
A Great CD

"For anyone who ever wondered what happened to Marden Hill, well, this is them. They have now evolved into 45 dip, and the evolution stays true to their roots, but does not stagnate in the past. This is fresh, and goes beyond acid jazz. Buy it, you'll like it."
