"I am hoping that this band is not as forgotten as it seems. The were and are great, and were pretty hot in hardcore cricles in the mid/late-80s. This is tight, funny, and heavy hardcore. You need this if youre into American punk/hardcore from the 80s.
Favorite lyric: "We'll build a dirigible/ We'll stand indivisible" from the song "Youth Blimp."
You also need to find and obtain the previous album "The Wacky Hi-Jinks of AOD"...unbelievable low-fi, thrashy, out of control punk. With all the spontaneity of a car wreck."
Nothing I'd kick out of punk rock bed...

"Not nearly as ferocious or enduring as the classic "Wacky Hi-Jinx Of..." album but hearing it again after maybe 20 years or so I found myself enjoying it about as much as I did then. AOD is NJ's finest ever band, bar none. Bruce stinks, less said about Bon Jovi the better, that leaves AOD. Loud, reckless, teetering on the brink of total silliness for no reason other than because they can. Genuflect promptly, then continue mowing the Garden State in tribute. AOD is sorely, sorely missed."
