Outstanding disc

"This disk is one of four discs in the Age of Swing set. I have all four discs. The technical aspects of the recordings are superb, the band is the closest to the sounds of the original live bands I have ever heard. If you are a "big band" fan these BBC Big Band offerings cannot be surpassed."

Top of the line of swing music, excellent instrumentation.

"Though I'm missing Vol. I, I have found this to be the very best. It has the sound produced by top musicians and is, in my opinion, better than the original music played by big bands of the '40s. I' like to get Vol. I of the four volume set."
