"Alaska Y Dinarama, the second or third incarnation of a Spanish punk/pop/rock band fronted by Olvido Gara, created a truly memorable, rockable and, yes, DANCEABLE album when they recorded Fan Fatal. Using some cutting edge (for the time) samples from pop songs and movies, they made memorable punk songs, with a strong pop sensibility. From the dancehall fun of La Mosca Muerta to the techno/trance El Diablo Anda Suelto to the Sex Pistols-influenced La Ciencia Avanza to the cheeky Vampirella (which perfectly displays Gara's love of cheesy horror), this is a truly eclectic and fun album. Highly recommended."
