Synopsis

Album Description
Residing somewhere between the confines of rock and pop, LA's American Eyes create self-described neo-goth dance-punk that urges physical movement while remaining lyrically poignant. This debut EP follows the transition of a relationship to its demise. Produced by Michael Patterson (P. Diddy, Notorious B.I.G., Beck), with vocal contributions by Curt Smith of Tears For Fears fame. Already known for their wild live shows, American Eyes is destined for something big.

"Finally there is a band that brings together the emo scene with the new post-dance community. I can't get telephone wires out of my head, I LOVE IT!"

"I just saw American Eyes this past weekend at the Taste of Chaos Tour in Camden, NJ. I really thought they put on a good show so I bought their CD after they played and the band was nice enough to sign it. The songs are good - real upbeat. My only complaint about the CD is that is only has 6 songs! I'll definately be looking for this band in the future to see what they come out with next."
