Why only stick to Dvorak and Smetana?

"There is so much enjoyable music coming from the bohemian czechs, why buy another version of a Dvorak symphony or Smetana's Moldau? The best thing is that nobody did it better than Mr. Ancerl, and the Czech Philharmonic is a rolls-royce of an orchestra. Just hear those horns!"
Worth exploring - exciting!

"The Czech composer Slavicky may be unknown to most fine music lovers. The Moravian Dancing Fantasies will be a revelation for those who have not heard it before - kinda resembles Enesco's Roumanian Rhapsody #1 except it is even more exciting. The first movement is slow, nothing like what is to come. The remainder of the suite builds up to a whirling, dancing frenzy which will leave you breathless. The music comes to a sudden stop, only to restart with renewed energy and rhythm. Would give my left little toe to see a folk ensemble dance to this. The sound is mono but who cares. Ancerl, as usual, conducts a wonderful performance. Cannot recommend this disc highly enough."
