Listening from his earliest to this, his latest, it's remarkable to notice how his voice and delivery have strengthened and matured. Like his other pop albums, Andrea contains a series of new songs in a romantic vein. His English has improved to the point that he is now willing to record a bit in that language. Listening to his Italian selections, unless you speak that language, is a very musical experience in that you hear pure voice, melody and nuance in a way uncluttered by lyric and its literal meaning. The music on Andrea is beautiful and a pleasure to return to again and again."
