"Resonating like his dad use to Andrew does not deviate much from his dads version of his greatest hits . Sly and Robbie on bass and drum and Keith Sterling on keyboard and Dean Fraser heading up the horn section does not get much better than this line up . Bunny Wailer as Executive producer to keep it all together . This is by far the best tribute album for Peter Tosh's musical legacy . I miss his dads music so much but with this album it proves that Peter still lives in all our hearts who love his lifes message and work as an original reggae star ."

"For those unsure of Andrew Tosh's talents, this album proves that his father's legacy lives on in him. The album is also a great introduction to Andrew Tosh, singing old songs that Peter Tosh fans know and love. Andrew's work is soulful and heartfelt and a loving tribute to his father. He tackles 13 of his best songs like "Buk-in-hamm Palace," "Coming In Hot," and "Burial". Also adding flavor to the tribute are his three original compositions at the end, each about his father's legacy. The darker, brooding "He Never Died," and the sadder, yet clear and beautiful "If I Did Know", finishing off with the hopeful and uplifting instrumental version of "Arise Blackman". This album is a masterpiece and not only carries on the legacy of his father, but his own growing legacy as well."

"Ohhhhh man! This is an incredible album - since it arrived in my house, it has been #1 in the rotation! As the reviewer notes below, this all star cast of singers, players of instruments, and the executive producer demonstrate this album is for serious. And I just cannot get enough of his voice! Highlights include amazing remakes of the old wailers tunes "you can't fool me again" "the letter" "arise blackman" as well as his father's cuts "rastafari is" "babylon queendom/mystery babylon" and "burial." Andrew's voice is top-notch, in fact a current debate in my house is who's voice is better - Andrew's or Peter's. Get this album and decide for yourself!! Respect, Mr. Andrew Tosh."

"This CD is beautifully crafted by the son of the greatest reggae star ever . Yes Peter Tosh taught Bob Marley everything he knew about how to create reggae tunes . The music althhough not original still has the vibration of Tosh's soulfull feeling . True Andrew is not the artist that his dad was but there is enough of his dads influence to satisfy those of us who truly thirst for more of his music . Great musicians roll out a tight weave of Tosh's best known songs . I loved this CD the previous reviewer needs to get real and give it up for this tribute album by Peter's son , Andrew ."
