"This is a 2 part series that will assist anyone who doubts the power of guided imagery in the healing process. The first CD is informative, explaining in a way that can be understood, the philosophy of the body/mind/spirit approach to wellness. The second CD is a series of guided meditations that may be selected by the listener to suit individual needs. I've given this CD to those in need, who are completely unfamiliar with the concept, and I've also given it to those who are believers of the body/mind/spirit approach. I find that the only teaching I need to do is to simply tell the listener to "Listen" with an open heart. If more people subscribed to this belief system, health care would be less costly and more holistic. It focuses on the "healer within", something we should all feel obliged to explore.

"I have been using Dr. Weil's CD for about 5 weeks to assist healing a foot fracture. I sustained injury about six weeks ago and have progressed healing at a faster rate--my cast came off a week early and I'm already partial weightbearing and will start full weight bearing and phys. therapy next week. Although I am seeing a ortho for the phys. aspect of this injury, all of my mental, emotional and spiritual healing came from Drs. Weil and Rossman. I feel better overall and have learned new things about my body & mind through guided imagery. I feel I owe my progressive healing to the practices on this CD."
