"At the height of their disc-selling powers in the mid-1940's the Andrews Sisters had their own weekly Sunday afternoon radio series in America. The show ran from Dec. 31, 1944 to March 27, 1946 and was sponsored by Nash-Kelvinator. Several of the shows were preserved and this album has a generous collection of songs from these programs. The sound quality is not sharp or as good as the surviving Chesterfield show material with Glenn Miller. But this is a chance to enjoy the music of the Andrews Sisters
as they sang on network radio before a live audience. The artwork is good and this a solid addition to an Andrews Sisters collection."
