Strong Songs

"Griggs has a rich voice that allows him to communicate all of the emotion of a song - and this album provides a great selections of outlets for his talent. Tattoo Rose was a single on some stations and is a twist on the brokenheart/I-am-yours-forever ballads that are often associated with Andy - but its a great song nevertheless. Those other ballads are on here; Tears and Time, What If It's Me, and If You Had Called Yesterday are all samples of "classic Griggs" that either will be on the radio or should be. You can check out the samples but there really isn't a stinker on here for any Griggs or modern country fan, and this is one of those cd's that you'll play through again and again. Keep one in your truck; you'll be glad you did."

"This cd really showcases Andy's vocals and musical style. The song Long Stretch of Lonesome reminds me of something Waylon would record. It is fun and has a great beat. New Orleans Lady is sexy and its a great tribute to New Orleans. There are some real gut wrenching ballads on the cd too. What a great cd."

"Another GREAT cd from Mr. Griggs. From the wonderful ballads (What If It's Me, Tears and Time) to the country rockers (Long Stretch of Lonesome) to his tribute to hos home state with "New Orleans Lady"
there isn't a bad one on here. These could all be hits.
This new cd has been worth the wait.
GREAT JOB Andy..."
