A beautiful debut...

"Angel Taylor's album is a beautiful intro to what's sure to be this young artist's long musical journey. 'Love Travels' was one of just a handful of albums that I thought worth buying and adding to my summer '09's soundtrack .
...and it's been one of those albums that has lasted long beyond the usual time that most new music becomes old. Her voice is still such a joy to listen to, and has become welcome company as summer fades and autumn creeps in. Wishing her and her piano bench a very long and creative journey ahead!

"I had never heard of Angel Taylor until I saw her on VH1 Nocturnal State as a band you outta know. Its been a long time since I bought an album on the whim that was as good a Love Travels. There is not one song that i fast forward nor are there any songs that seem like album filler. This is the kind of music you can turn on after a long day of work to help you relax. I am having a hard time thinking of someone to compare her to but perhaps the first Nora Jones record Angel Taylor is that polished. Give it a try if you like nice relaxing music that is well written and well produced you will enjoy it.

"I stumbled on Angel's music by chance one evening and the CD has slowly evovled into one of my favorite of all time. It would be easy to list the songs with a review for each one, but that would be short changing the effort. My favorite artists (as a reference) range from Tom Waits to Lisa Gerrard, with a wide sampling in between. Angel's music is so incredibly fresh, sincere and personal. You almost feel like you are listening in on a private conversation. I feel most fortunate that I found her music as her phrasing, lyrics and melodies are a beautiful blend of emotions. I truly love this CD and hope she achieves all she has dreamed of. So very special !"
