The GREAT Portuguese Guitar

"For many years, Antonio Chainho played for some of Portugal's best Fado singers. Now it was his turn to shine. Many beautiful interpretations of Fado's most beautiful songs and voices are heard here. Teresa Salgueiro, of Madredeus fame, is wonderful and the new voices of Filipa Pais and Sofia Varela are really beautiful. Some Brazilian voices are also well accompanied by Chainho's Portuguese guitar. I highly recommend this CD."
