CD Reviews

Very Mature..........

(4 out of 5 stars)

"I love Anything Box. The first three albums are just perfect in every way possible. This album shows the darker and sad side of Claude S. I think that its great. The album will not make you get up and dance, but will make you think about life. It shows a mature side of Claude S. This is a album where things started to change as far as music goes for Anything Box. Although, the new experimental sound of Anything Box really kicks in on the 1997 realease of "Electrodelica", this album shows that the band is starting to evolve into a different sound. Although I was not trilled about the sound that Claude S. was going for on "Electrodelica", I do love this album. The songs on "Recovered" are songs that were recovered due to damage to the sound machine. These are all wonderfull songs that any Anything Box fan must have. This is the last album before the new sound."
