CD Reviews

Catchy yet creative

"Architect is a more IDM side-project of Myer, better known for his work in Haujobb. However, Architect surpasses Haujobb on basically every creative and musical level, although (obviously) not on any lyrical or vocal level, as Architect lacks singing. But that aside, this is a very, very good album. Like any good album, almost none of the tracks sound terribly similar, and in this case a handful of tracks shine as exemplary -- "ICL Feelings", "Colorado 6AM", "Grand Diesel", and "Fifth Puppy". I still haven't decided whether I like this better than Architect's other album, "Galactic Supermarket", but they're both well worth whatever price you can find them for, provided it's under the $40 price they're selling for on Amazon."
An instrumental masterpiece.

"Ok so if you're a fan of Haujobb you may or may not like this. Just because its by the same front man, doesn't mean it will still appeal to you.

This album is full of moody/atmoshpheric instrumentals. Some exciting, some peaceful and some haunting. Bottom line, if you like EBM you'll most likely enjoy it.

I can't really compare to anything Myer has done under Haujobb.. but i'd say the closest Haujobb release to this is Ninetynine.

All in all a good buy. Get it!"
