Musicians - Guitar: Scott Garcia, Flute: Caroline Chan, Piano & Keyboards: Kavin Hoo. Composer is Kavin Hoo, a pianist and Berklee School of Music graduate who runs his own studio. Some of the best of the Lifescapes titles feature his name somewhere in the credits, often as producer and/or composer as well as featured musician.

Most of the tracks here are contemplative and gentle with a kind of underlying energy. The music mostly is keyboard based, but the sounds range from traditional, very melodic, song-like instrumental pieces to some that feature electronically treated tones that sound like gongs or bird-like whistles. One piece features an acoustic guitar in a style that sounds lifted directly from a folk-rock record.
