Well, they didn't really move up so much as they stayed put,

"Certainly not the most brilliant of Atlantic Starr's many albums, but a good example of a great group who still had some good stuff in them after more than a decade in the business. This was their next album after 1987's "All In The Name Of Love" which spawned the smash hit "Always." That formula doesn't change much here, but was ultimately less successful this time around. The opening track "Under Your Spell" is a silky smooth slow jam that deserves to be rediscovered."
