"This disc will put you into one of those moods that only good company can satisfy:) An excellent bit of down tempo flameneco, drifting off into the neither neither land explored by such artists as Enigma or Kitaro. A blend of ethniciy and New Age music for a relaxing vibe that matches the afteglow. Although some reviewers have said it is unimaginative digital dribble I would beg to differ. B Tribe has produced a theme based mix of music that evokes the strongest emotions in spite of the dream like qualities of the music. It is a disc that requires several listens and inevitably each sounds better and better. The balance between vocals, Spanish Flamenco guitar and studio work is mesmerizing, intoxicating and exhillirating all at once, a dreamy blend of exotica, much like the title, "Sensual Sensual." The standout tracks are numerous but two that seem to rise above the rest are "Hablame" with it's meshing and mixing of ole's and guitar and "La Guapa," with dreamy echoeing refrains, coupled with flamenco, for an effect that takes the listener to distant memories. For a different listening experience that conjures images and memories of the title, try this for that next encounter of the sensual kind, it can only enhance the experience. Great mood music for those special moments, to be shared or in private, it is beautiful music for the mind."
Their most ambient album... also their best!

"This is a band whose work progessively gets better with each album. I didn't care for their first album "Fiesta Fatal!" much, their second album "Suave Suave" I liked better but I still wasn't too impressed, but their third installment "Sensual Sensual" was very pleasing to my ears! Their sound has gradually become more polished and classic giving B-tribe a more unique identity. And for the first time I actually like the guy singing on this album (the female voice can sound a bit cheesy but you don't hear her much at all throughout the cd.) If you like Gypsy Kings, this is more sensual and ambient with some Enigma overtones - mostly in the atmosphere though, not the actual music. This isn't an album I sit and listen to on the headphones though, rather it's better to have playing in the backround or before going to bed. It's also great music for a candlelight dinner. Hopefully their fourth cd will continue in this direction as well."
Not just for listening, but for experiencing

"I've seen this described as new-age, as ambient, as flamenco, but I found it beyond classification. As the title suggests, it is quite sensual and seductive, ideal to share with a special someone or even one you hope will be a special someone. For me, this music has a physical effect, but it also reaches into the psyche, the soul if you want. Listen to it for yourself, you're bound to like it."
WHAT A SURPRISE!

"This CD had been lying around picking up dust for over a year. A friend of ours gave it to us and suggested we listen to it. We didn't because my husband likes jazz and blues, and I like Latin jazz and Latin artists such as Marc Anthony, Luis Miguel, Ruben Blades, and others. This music was haunting, melancholy, flamenco, gypsy, and very easy to listen to at work or at home. It put me back in touch with the music I heard when I went to Madrid, in fact, it put me in touch with my heritage. After listening to this CD I immediately went to the Amazon site to see if there was anymore of this great music and found their other albums. I love Sensual/Sensual and "give it two thumbs up" -- definitely a 5-star CD. Thanks to my friend, Terri Herrington and thank you B-Tribe and The Brave. Put Dallas on your next tour."
5 stars not enough

"This album starts off like every other ordinary ambient new age whatever but shortly into track 2 you realize this is like no other music you've ever seen or heard before. Yes, I said seen. The music conjures exotic images in your head and you know life is never gonna be the same again. I picked this album up when it first came out and since then I've hunted down the other 2 albums by B-Tribe--and when they publish more, I'll buy those too. My only regret is I can't find any other music like this--it's like brain candy. I play this at work--when I'm relaxing at home--and especially when I'm feeling sexy. If anyone knows where I can find this kind of music elsewhere, please let me know--the Amazon suggestions just don't quite do it for me."
