Album DescriptionThe BMX Bandits were formed in Bellshill, Lanarkshire in 1985 by Duglas Stewart the band were so-named as Duglas didn't expect them to last longer than one gig. Little was he to know - almost 20 years later Vinyl Japan presents a retrospective of their radio sessions. The band were core members of the NME-coined C86 movement. In fact their ever changing line-up featured members of the Faith Healers, Soup Dragons, Teenage Fanclub & the Vaselines - all of whom were influential at the time.
