Croatian export

"I'm from Croatia and I saw them yesterday(November 5th 2004)on a show in Zagreb performing with a U.S band called The Boss Martians. They(Bambi) were amaizing.Powerful and raw but in the same time skillful an childish. Buy the album and enjoy in the best croatian music export product."
It's a nice gem

"my personal favourites on this album are "theme from slaying beauty", "malaguena", "corazon del loco jorge", "final wave for the day" (this one is very nice, especially the end)and "double danger" (which has got same power and intensity as "theme..."). this album's got somekind of hidden beauty in itself so find it out."
Who'd of thunk?

"One of the best surf instrumental albums I've ever heard comes from a Croation band with, I have to say, a pretty creepy name by American standards. Maybe Bambi means something else in the Balkans. Though even then... OK, I'm digressing.

The point is, this is an extremely well-made and slickly produced album that combines some great guitar work with some excellent songwriting. It creates a mood of a lonely Mexican beach at dusk and transports you there. Actually, I may have to listen to this album right now because I'm currently snowed in and could use the break with reality.

Bottom line: buy it."
