"Becky Hobbs is one of my favorite pure country singers and this is a great introduction to her...featuring no less than 21 songs originally released from 1988 to 2001. Here is a complete track listing:
Jones on the Jukebox
Are There Any More Like You (Where You Came From)
Cowgirl's Heart
She Broke Her Promise
Mama Was A Working Man
They Always Look Better When They're Leavin'
Angels Among Us
The Boots I Came To Town In
Mama's Green Eyes
Pale Moon
I Don't Dance With Strangers
Talk Back Trembling Lips
Don't Cry For Me When I'm Gone
Honky Tonk Saturday Night
Yellow Pages Under Blue
Country Girls
The Devil May Care
I Can't Say Goodbye To You
Oklahoma Heart
Pardon Me (Haven't We Loved Somewhere Before)
Hottest Ex In Texas
While Becky does a great job with the uptempo numbers, she can also do a slow ballad with the best of them with "Pale Moon" being a particular favorite. There are really so many great songs here, I can't list specific highlights...they're all great. If you love real country music, this CD must be in your collection."

"She's the best female country singer in decades (outshining honkytonk angels like Miss Leslie and Heather Myles), and she's never received credit, let alone fame. What a shame."
