"This continually changing work is sharp stuff! Victor does some of his best playing here and Jeff Coffin is simply incredible. They take you on an incredible jazz journey to the Hidden Land! My favorite track so far is "Labyrinth" which is one of Bela's showcase tracks which proves that he is a master that paralells Metheny, Stern, and Scofield. If you love great jazz, you will no-doubt enjoy this journey. I have not yet had a chance to view the DVD on the Dual Disc, but I have no doubt that it will be of the highest quality and higly interesting information about the band - as well as live performances! Looking forward to it!!!"

"Flecktones fans will not be disappointed. This is very solid work, picking up where they left off on "Little Worlds". Happy music, not to be missed."
One of their very best yet.

"I have to admit that I will buy *anything* that has Bela playing on it, but the Flecktones have done it again. The Hidden Land is different from all previous releases. Again.
This release explodes with awesomeness from the Bach piece at the beginning to "The Whistle Tune" at the end. One highlight, for me, is "Subterfuge." Bela gets a bit more electric than usual here. I can't listen to it without grinning.
This DualDisc version would be worth the extra $ even if it was much extra. Enhanced pcm stereo makes a big difference if you have the right equipment, although 5.1 would have made me wet myself.
"Bring It Home," the video on the DVD side, has all kinds of 'Tones goodies you'll just have to see for yourself."
