"Kistenmacher has been called the heir apparent to the strong Berlin School traditional of Klaus Schulze and other electronica originators. Whatever category you want to through him under, Kistenmacher is worth a listen, and Starting Again has some wonderful moments to prove that. With excellent sonics, one can fully appreciate the complexity of sections within these lengthy compositions and more fully see the "sonic painting" Kistenmacher loves to do with sequences of all shapes and sizes."
