One of the most emotional piano recordings I've ever heard.

"If you like piano music, you will like Bernward Koch. "Weeping Willow" sill brings tears to my eyes even after years of listening."
Flowing - a perfect title!

"Beautifully gentle, unassuming, and soothing music. 'Ever Returning' is my favorite - the reason I acquired the album in the first place. "Yellow Flowers" is also interesting - its tiptoeing is reminiscent of classical Baroque music. Track 4 doesn't quite seem festive to me as the track's title would suggest - I sense longing and turmoil here... 'Dancing Atoms' is very lighthearted, fittingly. There's hesitant contemplation in Track 6 (I wonder what motion picture inspired this piece). Track 7 - 'Bright Light'- is flirtatious (and a bit flat). Track 8 is the most unusual, uneven, intriguing piece in the album, and, arguably, the most innovative. 'Rotation' is a bit too 'busy' for my taste in the context of this particular album, so to adjust it to my satisfaction, I picture flurries of dragonflies and butterlies, dancing to this track over a summer field, and it works :) The last two tracks are sweeping but a bit uninspired and short-winded.Overall, "Flowing" should please everyone with affection for instrumental music."
