Twist with Bill (and Franny Beecher). It's great!

"What a strange record. Back in 1962 Bill Haley was merely forgotten in the US, but hailed as King of the Twist in Mexico. Offered to record some twist tunes in the prestigious "Bitter End"-Club in New York, he even flew in guitarrist Franny Beecher, who had officially left the Comets a while ago. Bill and the band do a good job, the sound is great, too, but the audience doesn't listen. They all talk, there's hardly any applause. The LP was a flop at the time, but it's worth a buy. Ever heard Bill Haley "waltzing the twist"?"
