"Stylistically, this album fits somewhere between Vistamix and Sound On Sound. There's yet another track of "Do You Dream In Colour" (I've got it on two other albums) & what I'm relatively certain is a different mix of "Living In My Limousine" than appears on The Two-Fold Aspect Of Everything.
The tracks are driven by vocal & guitar; lacking any other handy notes, but a memory of something Nelson wrote in Two-Fold, this was about the era when he was recording band-oriented ideas solo & fleshing them out a little as part of his extensive "electronic notebooks" with the intent of doing a serious job of it later with other musicians. So, they're a little rough, but this lends an edginess so often lacking in synth-heavy music.
If I had to pick a favourite track, it'd be the very first: "Banal.""
