Black Hole Generator was started as a one man project by me, Bjørnar E. Nilsen in 2006. I wanted to use it to explore my more extreme musical influences. Things quickly escalated though, and labels started showing interest in the band. Within two months Dreggen(Aeternus/Deathcon) joined on guitars, and the work on the initial Black Hole Generator released started.
Black Karma was recorded and mixed in Conclave & Earshot studios in the last half of 2006 and released through America based label Ars Magna Recordings in desember 2006. The mini-cd is produced by BHG, mastered by Herbrand Larsen(Enslaved) and feature a guest performance by Ares of Aeternus.
A live line-up has now been assembeled, including Øyvind Madsen(Sulphur,Vulture Industries, ex-Enslaved) and Ares(Aeternus) on guitars and Mads Guldbekkhei (The Allseeing I, Zeenon) on drums.
