CD Reviews

A great second coming from the classic group
Kd | 05/07/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)

"The second album from the real hip hop representers, this was tight but didnt get as known as the first as there was so many things out in 94 and people just slept on it. The beats are nice and its just off being as much of a classic as their first. Dres has some good rhymes put down again and it stays in the black sheep flavour. Its a shame they were over didn't do any more after this and dres' solo was a bit weak with only a couple of good tracks but nothing like the black sheep albums. Make sure you get this, classic from an original hip hop group. Later!"
HMMMMM, I DON'T KNOW

"now for me, i did not enjoy this one as much as the first one. everytime i hear this, i think of JINGLE JANGLE. it's like it's a cool vibe, but iu just don't dig it as much. it's not bad, but it's not good. now AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL is a wonderful first song. i can without NORTHSOUTHEASTWEST. WE BOYS with that group, leigon, was alright. other than that, listening to this makes me yearn for A WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. still, i'd rather listen to this than unk or young joc or rick ross anyday. again, i guess i'm just an old-fashioned cat."
Pitty not enough exposure
Raby Hamza | United Arab Emirates | 12/07/2007

"this album should be heard! i have been a hip hop fan since more than 15 years now, and this album is one of my "top 5", i consider it priceless and more magnificent than any thing i own.

though the album didnt get enough attention and its life cycle was very short, the fact remains that it is one of hip hop's greatest heritage. i recommend it to all hip hop fans, especially the ones who search for deep lyrics and amazing underground music produciton.
