CD Reviews

Should, be huge!

(4 out of 5 stars)

"With so many of the CLASSIC sounds coming back to rock music in general, this disc continues the trend. With bands like The Darkness, Diamond Nights, Wolfmother, Fu manchu, etc..... the glorious days of 70's and early 80's skateboard and surf rock is alive and well.

This band is similar but there are some differences. This band retains some of the more crunchy elements, remniscient of Nirvana and their compadres from the nineties, but not in an obviously grungy way. Mixing the modern with the heavy riffs of the early rock bands (Sabboth, Zepplin, the Who, etc....), this is a pleasure to listen to. I hope this is a look into the furure while remembering and nodding to the past.

Although the record is a bit short, coming in at under 35 min. There is not one filler track in the mix.

This is another huge outing for yet another huge band in the UK. Keep it coming, and I hope to see you live this summer."
