A fine collection of her best-known boleros.

"Blanca Rosa Gil was one of the best Cuban bolero divas of the 1950s and'60s. This fine CD includes her classics "La Loca","La Mentira", "La Renuncia" and the ever-popular "Toda Una Vida". The sound quality is quite good considering how old these songs are and Blanca Rosa was truly at her artistic peak when these songs were recorded. It's sad to think that she never really attained the level of success an artist of her talent and greatness deserved."
