CD ReviewsI was there - so I love it! 05/04/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "I was at the show when this CD was recorded (Capital Centre, Largo MD, December 1976) - so obviously I love it. It is truly raw with little to no post production (like a bootleg). There are some dropouts and other nastiness but if you want to know what an actual BOC show sounded like in 1976 - this CD is for you. This is not a highly produced, slickly packaged (run-of-the-mill) live album - it is the REAL thing in the raw. Listen for me on the CD - I am the one cheering. BOC ROCKS!" The original lineup....to be kept and cherished forever..... NYC Leather Pants Wearin' Wierdo | New York | 12/15/2005 (3 out of 5 stars) "The recording and camera work is so poor at times that I am embarrassed to give three stars. But, I am compelled to do so because what we have here, ladies and gents, is one of the few filmed live concerts of the original band doing many of their trademark stunts that made them famous circa 1976. Complete with the famed laser show (albeit grainy), this could have been so much better had it been cleaned up a bit. Check out "Stairway to the Stars", "Born to be Wild" and the "5 guitars". A classic in its own right, to be enjoyed thoroughly by the dearest of fans and recommended to them only, like some forbidden heavy metal fruit"
