One of Bobby's funkiest songs!

"I liked the album version of That's the Way Love Is, but I like the longer version, where the Bobby Brown/Teddy Riley magic tears it up for 6 to 7 minutes of steamy funk! Riley's New Jack Swing sound may have worn out a bit in 1992, but it is very effective on Brown. Brown can be singing it on this record, more soulful than on most of the Bobby album. So along with the heavy funk of My Prerogative, Every Little Step, On Our Own, Humpin' Around and others, this is another one of my favorite Bobby Brown records!"
