"coming from the same school of punk rock as other classic Chicago bands such as Apocalypse Hoboken, Naked Raygun, the Effigies and Screeching Weasel, the Bollweevils destroyed everything in their path. their energy live would cause a mad frenzy with every sold out show they'd play. on record, you couldn't help but scream along. this is probably their best album, so grab it while you can.

they broke up in 1997 after several years of being the crowned kings of Chicago. they were always the guys who you could talk to and they'd remember your name and when they said thanks for coming to the show, they meant it.

currently, Darrel (vocals) is a doctor. he played in Lando's 45 briefly and is currently working on a project with Ken. Ken (guitar) is a chemestry teacher. he also played in the Feds and Calahan. like stated previously, he's working with Darrel on a new project. Bob (bass) plays guitar in the amazingly awesome band Sleepwalker Defense. Brian is currently working with animals in Florida.

if you're a fan of blisteringly fast punk, buy this record. if you're into new school pop punk, buy this record anyway, because it'll probably change your outlook on music, because the Bollweevils are actually good."

"The Bollweevils are by far one of my favorite bands. They play soooo fast and so intense, sometimes you think Derick is gonna pass out, but your wrong, he keeps going! The Bollweevils are about as punk as your gonna get, don't bother buying it if you think that Blink or MXPX is the best thing that has happended, because you are surely mistaken."
