I can say I wasn't disappointed. It's not as good as Foundation, but it's definitely worth purchasing. Sadat X, in my opinion truly shines here. He opens up on the hook to Who Wanna Be A Star. Brand Nubian keeps it precise with conscious lyrics. I wasn't really feeling the production too much until I listened to it a second time and Lord Jamar's production reminds me of how hip hop beats should be. Standout songs to me are Who Wanna Be A Star, Young Son, Niggas Just don't Learn. With so much commercialism, materialism, and negativity in hip hop, this is definitely a breath of fresh air. Seems like not too many people are trying to hear rappers with conscious lyrics but hopefully Brand Nubian will continue to put out records that'll reach, educate, and try to turn the negativity in society into a positive. It's definitely worth purchasing."
