CD ReviewsA Classic 11/23/2001 (5 out of 5 stars) "Brian's Bring Trouble is a lost classic. I got into it from Marc & Lard on BBC Radio One making "Turn Your Lights On" their single of the week. We Close 1-2 is brilliant. Light Years is probably Ken Sweeney's best song. I think what makes this good is the order of tracks-the hurt of Right Through Tuesday followed by the warmth of Bring Trouble and Wherever We're Going. The lyrics are beautiful, sad and warm. Can you honestly tell me Ian Brodie writes songs as honest as this ?" An all-time favorite W. Johnson | Fuquay-Varina, NC | 09/29/2010 (5 out of 5 stars) "The praise heaped upon this record is well-deserved. It should have outsold the kindred albums by Trembling Blue Stars, Vitesse, and East River Pipe released around the same time. It's a beautiful, touching record that comes highly recommended to fans of the classic pop of the Lightning Seeds, New Order, Prefab Sprout, The Blue Nile, etc."
