"The Florida based indie Brittle Stars, not to be confused with the other band of the same name, present a disc showcasing their last few compositions and additional remixes of songs here and some from their first album. I fell in love with their sounds, when I was doing radio and hosting my own shows. Estelle's vocals and casio keyboarding have always been warm and peaceful. If this is the last album from The Brittle Stars, then this is such a nice way to end a brief career in music for one of the best bands with pure chemistry, that you'll probably never know of. My favorites on this CD are "Falling Backwards" (YOU HAVE TO HEAR THIS ONE!), "Your Street Is Dark", and the OMD cover "Souvenir". ... Buy this album and get their first album, if you're a fan of reflective cozy pop music. I love these guys and will certainly miss them, if this is the last."

"i got into The Brittle Stars about 2 years ago because a guy i was dating loved them. Your Street Is Dark quickly became and has remained my favorite song. Everyone should listen to this band. Her voice is incredible. It gives me chills every time i hear it."
