Album DescriptionBronson is the 2009 film from Vertigo Films, whose previous releases include the Joe Strummer documentary The Future is Unwritten, London To Brighton and The Football Factory. The film depicts the journey of Mickey Peterson into Britain's most notorious and violent living prisoner Charles Bronson, originally sentenced to seven years in prison for burglary, he has been behind bars for 34 years, 30 of which have been spent in solitary confinement. Director Nicolas Winding Refn ensured Bronson hasn't become a clich?d prison film and from screenings at London and Sundance film festivals (where it was selected for the World Dramatic Competition) it's been receiving excellent reviews. The soundtrack plays an integral part of the film and features a mix of classical and pop tracks including The Walker Brothers' 'The Electrician', Pet Shop Boys' ' It's a Sin' and New Order's 'Your Silent Face'.
