Garageadelicious

"This album rocks the house party. It starts off with Country Rock Song, which is actually a cover of R.E.M.'s classic Country Feedback (albeit with Brother Eye's customary twisted vision thrown into the mix). And if you haven't heard Pine Box Shoes on your local college radio station, then you've been living under a rock -- it's currently climbing the CMJ heavy rotation single charts with a bullet. Finally, the heartbreaking psychedelic ballad You closes the album, and almost makes you believe that Tony has a heart -- almost, but not quite. I've been following these guys from when they were still opening shows for Justin Guarini and Pink back at The Doylestown Inn. They've been called "Garageadelic", but I think this new album would be better described as "Garageadelicious". Triangle threatens to fulfill all the promise that Soapdish Antennae and Radio Controlled Drugs tried to but could not. How will Brother Eye handle stardom? Only time will tell."
