Cockburn's first album - not recommended for those who are new to his music, it is not his best work. If you are a fan already, you may want this.

Spring song

"I feel that this recording shows the incredible depth of the musician as well as a lighter side that true fans, that at first may shy away from but later, hold dear. Bruce doen't play much "UP" music, He is usually pretty serious. So I find the multi-dementiality of his debut refreshing and fun. The piece "spring song" is probably one of, if not my favorite song my Cockburn. I've heard all his releases and seen him live, this is an album to own."

Not essential, but enjoyable.
