"not since the sublime lieder of the great schubert have songs of this depth and variety been so much as attempted, let alone actually composed. i do not know WHO "buck evans" is, or even WHAT, exactly. i can only say, based on years as a devotee and erstwhile performer of serious music, that HE or possibly IT easily qualifies as the greatest popular composer of the twentieth century--and possibly of the twenty-first, if, of course, he does not die tragically of starvation in a garret in the slums of paris or reno, as is usually the case with such genius. i strongly recommend that anyone with ears, a soul, the slightest ounce of aesthetic acumen and, most importantly, a bank account, immediately purchase this item--a tour de force of melodic ingenuity i can only term "sublime"--maybe even "divine"!--but why bring the supernatural into this? my advice to any person, creature or inanimate object reading this is, simply,--BUY IT! NOW!"
