The San Francisco-based Kentucky Fried Chicken bucket and white mask-wearing half man/half chicken space oddity and guitar phenom known as Buckethead (Guns 'n Roses, Praxis, El Stew, Deli Creeps) presents his latest futuristic creation, a collage of hip hop and electro-esque beats, dark and eerie samples, and live instrumentation played by Buckethead and producer Extrakd (El Stew, Gonerville). One track features blazing live drumming by current Guns 'n Roses member and good friend Brain. This recording was made on a portable digital 8-track while making trips to L.A. and the Bay Area. Fans of instrumental hip hop, trip hop and burning guitar pyrotechnics will love this.

"the other Buckethead cd i have is colma, which is not like this one at all. this disc is all crunchy breakbeats and warped, distorted noises. a lot more underground hip hop influences in this record, it's more along the lines of his collabs with DJ Qbert and his work in El Stew. A very cool album all in all, i reccomend it to anyone who's into the underground experimental scene occupied by dudes like those listed above."

"I am a huge fan of buckethead, I love everything the guy does regardless of how farfetch'd it is.But this cd was a real dissappointment. His guitar skills are hardly showcased on this release which is bad enough, but many tracks on this thing are just a bunch of dj noise. Even all the drum beats were sampled so Brain had little involvement with this album. This pretty much sounds like something he just threw together just for the hell of throwing something together, which is a shame because anyone who has heard buck play knows that he's capable of so much more.Only pick this up if you are a serious collector. I believe it is already out of print, but it is available on Buck's site."
