"I am a HUGE Burt Bacharach fan, ever since I was 12 years old. As I have gotten older I have appreciated his music more and more. What a fantastic collection of his work gathered on one CD. His music never grows old and to hear it over and over again is a treat I can't say about many artist. I can listen to Anyone Who Had A Heart, One Less Bell, A House Is Not A Home and Make It Easy On Yourself until the cows come home and never tire of them. Alfie has to be one of the greatest songs ever written. Hal David's lyrics are as timely as Burt's music, and the two of them have given us so many wonderful songs that will live on forever. This CD is brilliant. One of my most prized possessions is my autographed picture of Burt, it hangs in a place of honor. Although I wasn't present at this concert, I have been lucky enough to witness him in concert and what an honor and privilege it was to be in the same room as one of my heroes and then to have him sign his photo after the show was a dream come true."

"excellent CD although when recorded, it appears that the microphone was at a distance from the orchestra so you have to turn the volume up. bacharach plays all of his songs through the years. enjoyed it and very relaxing. it would be a good idea to have a DVD also."
