"Overall this is a "decent" overview of the Byrds but includes way too many songs from their later era while leaving off too many great songs from their early period, e.g., My Back Pages, It Won't be Wrong, etc. This is very typical of the Mojo presents series, Spirit, Mott the Hoople, the Band. They ALWAYS leave off a number of great songs which is extremely frustrating."

"I had been searching for a Byrds collection for a while. I already have the reissued Younger Than Yesturday and The Notorious Byrd Brothers, and was looking for something to fill in the gaps.
What's so great about this collection is that the later hits presented - Sweetheart of the Rodeo onwards - are the best from that era. I'm also glad that they included "I See You" over, say, "Mr. Spaceman". Plus, something like this is going to be limited, so it's nice to have something that is on the obscure side.
