"If SKA ever had a place in the ultimate bachelor pad...this CD carved that place out. While this is certainly not core SKA for the baldies to bounce around too, it is enjoyable. Some great surprises on the CD are the cover of "Express yourself" and Toots singing on "She Will Never Let Me Down". Eric "Monty" Morris makes a bunch of appearances...all in all, worth the money I spent (Heck, their version of "Nice Time is almost as good as P. Dillon's and Jamaica Ska is worth the dough on it's own).

Can't claim to know the history of the band, but I imagine them playing in matching white dinner jackets for tourists (a testament to how polished they are). While not as inspiring as Jimmy Cliff belting out "Dearest Beverly" in an ice-cream parlor, as I said, still a great way to start the day. If you crave some instrumental Ska with nice production quality and a little polish- this is for you (Check out the Tommy McCook album "Real Cool" as well- )"
