Synopsis

Album Description
C-Bo, CEO of West Coast Mafia Records, has maintained a successful career as a rap recording artist and label owner for 10 plus years. During this time he has released over a dozen solo albums with combined sales of over 3 million units. When his first album "Gas Chamber" hit the stores in 1993 it established C-BO as one of the most exciting rappers on the scene. From there C-BO's street informed style became a sensation. Both 1995's Tales From The Crypt and 1998's Till My Casket Drops debuted at number 4 on Billboard's top R&B Hip Hop albums chart. Tales From The Crypt would go on to be C-BO's best selling release. Whether rapping about the streets rivalries or the joys of life, C-BO comes off as an insightful street reporter, someone who accurately depcites what goes on in ghettos across America. As one of the most prolific and respected rappers in the game, C-BO has become a hip hop institution. Now C-BO is set to make history with an unprecedented feat for a! rap artist as he releases his 15th solo record, Money 2 Burn. The album features such superstars as Mike Jones, Paul Wall, Juvenile, Jadakiss, Too Short, Pimp C, and Bun B.

(4 out of 5 stars)

"Just over 4 months sine he released his collabo album with Killa Tay, Bo Loc is back with yet another good CD to add to his huge colelction. I have 17 albums that he's been a part of and for the most part, they're all 4 star or better albums (I'd give about 4 of the 17 - 3 or 3.5 stars), so you know the man is established in the rap game and pretty consistant. With 15 songs (the track listing on Amazon isn't the real listing of the album), as always with his albums guests are heavy, on 12 of the 15. 1 is a classic, 1 or 2 I skip, 2 or 3 are ok, the other 10 are good or real good songs. Production is pretty good, mostly from people I never heard of. Tracc Addicts do 3 songs, Y Records, Rhythm D, and Money Large all do 2 songs, E A Ski, Mike Dean, Pizzo, J Mills, Sam Trax and Lil Detroit all do 1 song. A good album for his fans to have for his fans, not his best but still pretty good.
