Beefheart fans are serious, and I have no issue with recordings/performances that are not top notch being released, but I do have an issue with record labels (this time Morpheus) releasing an expensive ($35) double CD that could fit on one CD with about four minutes to spare. I feel I have been had. Some of the previous releases from this label have been quite good (one even boasted "over 72 minutes playing time -- almost a double record"), but this is clearly a case of a label knowing that fans can, and will be soaked. To top it off, something as monumental as his last concert should have extensive liner notes, but they are virtually non-existent. Get it together Morpheus!"
