"The lessons in character education that these tunes teach are important for today's students. But these lessons would be lost if the music had come off as trite or preachy. That is not the case here. This is good music that does not condescend to children. Each one of the tunes could stand alone and several, particularly "Fly Away" and "Best Friends", could probably reach the charts if recorded by the right singer; adult or child. I dare any one to listen to this CD and not come away humming at least two or three of the melodies."
