"In this recording which dates from 1984 ( like in the previous " Rainbow " CD ) CARAVELLI introduces new rhythm arragements updating his sound into the '80. ( followings CD will include rhythm arragements in collaboration with Gil Gambus, S Planchon, and his own son Patrick Vasori ). This CD includes a selection of famous French songs from "La Mer" (Beyond The Sea ) with a fine introduction on acoustic piano, to a refresing "Cést Si Bon" with rich rhythm and brass. Also we can listen one own composition, " Le Soleil de la Vie" with an appealing melody ( please remember CARAVELLI has composed the famous "Let me try again" which before the Paul Anka title was originally " Laisse moi le temps " ). A CD to enjoy."
